Delivery Policy
We deliver all individual orders within a maximum of 5 working days, and bulk orders within 7 working days. We usually alert our clients beforehand in case of any reasons that could impact the delivery timelines. If the customer is agreeable to an adjusted delivery date, we proceed accordingly.
However, in cases where such an agreement is not possible, we will issue a full refund for all the money paid within 48 hours of getting the client's request for a refund.
By ordering our services you accept that you shall not hold Savvy Concepts liable, legally or otherwise, for any missed or lost interview or employment opportunities that may arise from the delivery or failure to deliver the documents within the agreed timelines.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order and request a refund provided this is done within 4 hours of making payment. You can do this by writing to our customer service via email: customerservice@savvyconcepts.co.
The email should contain the full name of the person making the request, the name contained in the documents sent with the order, as well as the amount that was paid. The refund will be processed and issued within 48 hours of receiving your request to cancel the order.
The funds are channelled back via the same payment method that the customer used when placing the order.
